HD Expert PREMIUM NF Antifreeze/Coolant is a low silicate, phosphate-free, nitrite free, and amine-free, fully formulated hybrid organic additive technology engine coolant. This product does not require a charge of supplemental coolant additive (SCA) during the initial fill. HD Expert PREMIUM NF Antifreeze/Coolant is designed for use in automotive, light duty and heavy-duty diesel applications.
Applications:
HD Expert PREMIUM NF Antifreeze/Coolant can be used in automotive and heavy-duty applications. It is compatible with heat rejecting aluminium surfaces and is suitable for use in petrol, natural gas and diesel powered engines. This product is particularly suited in applications which require a hybrid technology which is low-silicated, and NAP Free (nitrites/amines/phosphates free).

- Long life hybrid organic additive technology
In petrol engine applications, this product is suitable for 5 years or 250,000km, whichever comes first. In diesel applications, the product is suitable for up to 6 years, 500,000km or 12,000hr lifetime whichever comes first.
- NAP Free
Product is free of nitrite, amine and phosphate and as such meets the basic requirements of European OEM’s.
- Liner cavitation protection
This product provides excellent liner cavitation protection (without the use of nitrites) as shown through the Deere Liner Cavitation Test, ASTM D7583.
- No initial charge SCA requirement
When used in long haul or heavy-duty applications, there is no need to initially charge the fresh coolant with SCAs.
- Universal use
Product can be used in all engine types including automotive, light and heavy duty gasoline and diesel engines. Applications include on-road, off-road, farm, construction and mining equipment.
- Widely compatible with other coolants
Product is widely compatible with other engine coolants; although to get best performance (regarding issues such as long life and time between SCA addition), it is best to flush the old coolant and replace with HD Expert PREMIUM NF Antifreeze/Coolant.
