Our supply chain and fulfilment experts develop optimized distribution with exceptionally high fill rates, and our network of long established distribution partnerships across the world extend our global reach.

LOCAL PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES
- Local production/distribution facilities across the globe ensure rapid and cost effective service to customers all over the world.
- Recochem’s global manufacturing and warehouse facilities are designed to maximize efficiencies while meeting and exceeding industry standards to both ISO 9001: 2000 and the Global Automotive Quality Standard TS16949 for safe storage of dangerous goods.
- All sites produce their own HDPE bottles in a number of sizes including our proprietary multi-layer co-extruded solvent bottles. Liquids are filled in containers ranging from 50mL bottles to tanker trucks and rail cars.
- Recochem has extensive storage capacity for raw materials and blended products, as well as bulk sales of select transportation fluids at our multiple locations.
- For selected products we maintain our own fleets, providing bulk shipment of functional fluids into onsite tanks at customer locations. We ship by sea tanker, iso-tanks, railcar, trucker tanks, totes, drums, pails and assorted HDPE and PET packages.

- All sites are highly automated with blowmoulders, filling lines, palletizers and robotic case packers allowing 24-hour operation, rapid response and ISO standards of product quality nation-wide.

BLOW MOULDING & PACKAGING
The ownership of the specialized blow moulding in our global facilities provides vertical integration of bottle supply for Recochem products to a wider consumer base. From design to labeling, customers can design their own bottles, labels and chamber packs to high specifications, while meeting requirements for dangerous goods approval.
Recochem produces packaging in house, with extensive capacity to handle the demands of major retail chains, traditional distributors, OES brands and volume-based ecommerce websites.

- Works closely with our Marketing Team to test and develop other transportation fluids, household fluids and specialty products to meet the needs of our multiple markets.
- We ensure maximum recyclability, minimum waste and effective marketability of all products created for our private label customers. We monitor and target reductions in our carbon footprint as well as waste generation. Quality systems are in place in each one of our facilities – Recochem is ISO 9001:2008 certified.
TECHNICAL SERVICE AND DEVELOPMENT
We use our chemical and performance tests to assist in product development. Recochem continues to expand its coolant fluid knowledge base by developing new coolant technology with enhanced performance. We also use these tests to trouble-shoot customer coolant system issues. Recochem Technical Service Personnel can help customers resolve in-field coolant related issues.
